1. Seller & Merchant Identity

Merchant / Legal Name: Samir Allam (Sole Proprietor / Independent Software Developer)

2. Products, Pricing & Licensing

Phrasift is a commercial desktop video and audio cleanup application for 64-bit Windows (Windows 10/11) and macOS (Apple Silicon macOS 14+ and Intel macOS 13+). It is sold as a one-time license with no recurring subscription:

• Phrasift Standard — €49.99 EUR (one-time payment): Includes local filler, silence, breath and repeated-take cleanup, personal voice memory, unlimited recording length, unwatermarked MP4 exports, and editable timeline exports (.xml and .fcpxml). Valid for up to 2 device activations.
• Phrasift Pro — €99.99 EUR (one-time payment): Includes all Phrasift Standard features plus Batch Queue processing, Watch Folders, Script Comparison, and Saved Workflow presets. Valid for up to 2 device activations.

3. Payment Processing & Instant Digital Delivery

Online checkout and license key issuance are processed through our e-commerce partner, Lemon Squeezy, and settled to our verified business account. Immediately upon payment completion, customers receive their digital download links (for Windows, Mac Apple Silicon, and Mac Intel) and their unique license activation key on the order confirmation screen and by email.

4. 14-Day Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Phrasift is a one-time purchase, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. If Phrasift fails to run on a supported Windows or macOS computer due to a technical defect that our support cannot resolve, or if your license key has not been activated, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing Samir Allam at samirallam730@gmail.com with your order number or purchase email.

5. Desktop App Privacy (Local Processing)

Recordings are analysed and exported locally on your computer. Saved projects, rendered previews and processing caches stay on your device. Voice memory stores numerical acoustic features on your computer rather than uploading your recordings to any server. Voice profiles can be reset or deleted inside the app at any time.

The Base speech recognition model is bundled inside the installer for offline processing. When you explicitly activate or deactivate a license key, the app contacts the Lemon Squeezy licensing API using only the license key and a local installation identifier. Your recordings, transcripts and voice profiles are never transmitted.

6. Website Hosting & Contact Privacy

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data. If you email samirallam730@gmail.com, your email address and message are used solely to reply to your inquiry and provide customer support.
